INCLUSIONARY ZONING PROJECT The Norwich Planning Commission has drafted an Inclusionary Zoning Amendment to be considered for adoption. The draft will be discussed at a Public Workshop on Thursday, April 23, 2009 in the Meeting Room in Tracy Hall at 7 PM. The Planning Commission is interested in receiving comments on this preliminary draft either at the hearing, by email: planning@norwich.vt.us, or by mail: Planning Commission, PO Box 376, Norwich, VT 05055.
