Norwich has a Selectboard consisting of five (5) town residents. They are elected by voters and meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of Tracy Hall.

To receive email notices of Selectboard meetings and hearings, agendas, minutes and other notices, send an email to manager-assistant@norwich.vt.us requesting to be placed on the Town Email List.

As of October 12, 2011, it is the policy of the Norwich Selectboard that a copy of all email received by a Selectboard member and all email sent by a Selectboard member that relates to business of the Town of Norwich will be sent to the Assistant to the Town Manager who will maintain an archive file for compliance with the Vermont Public Records Act. Unless the Selectboard member maintains an archive file in compliance with the Vermont Public Records Act.
