The Listers (assessors) are charged by State statute with assessing every property in town at its "fair market value" for the Grand List. The taxes generated for the Town and School budgets are based on the final Total Real Estate Value of the Grand List.

Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday 8:30 am - 11:00 am. Other hours by appointment.
