Town Clerk Assistant Carolyn Clogston Telephone: (802) 649-1419 Ext. 103 or 104 The Town Clerk's Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursdays 8:30 - 6:00 p.m. The Town Clerk's office handles all recording such as deeds, mortgages, and liens, births, deaths, and marriages, as well as voter registration, dog licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, notarizing documents, dump stickers and trash cards and burn permits. You may also obtain or renew a passport Monday through Thursday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call in advance. This office can also renew state registrations for motor vehicles, snowmobiles, and boats, as long as there are no changes from your previous registration other than an address change.
